Find your path

My name is Rachel Musson, and I am a qualified counsellor (Level 6 Diploma in Relational Counselling) and an individual member of BACP. I am in the advanced stages of psychotherapy training and am a trainee member of UKCP. I offer 1:1 Gestalt therapy at Breathe in Covent Garden. Gestalt therapy is a talk-based therapy that focuses on the here-and-now of the client, and looking how patterns someone may have established in the past might be impacting on how they interact with the world around them in the present. It is a holistic therapy that aims to support a client become more self-aware in mind and body, and be more conscious of the choices they make. Like most humanistic talk-based therapy, Gestalt offers a regular, safe, non-judgemental space for a client to process feelings, thoughts, hopes and fears. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy. Sessions cost £70 in-person, and £50 online, and I have a limited number of spaces reserved for people needing a reduced rate - please get in touch for availability. Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly at the same time every week. In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays, and online on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you would like to know more, or to have an initial telephone/online consultation, please contact me at rachelmussontherapy@gmail.com
